Fr. Jerry Brittain (came late), David Beine, Don Felix, Mike Melaney, Tom Weber, Jack Daniels, Kathryn Fisher-Davies, Mark Blau and Mary Yahr.

Meeting Called to order: 7:00 PM

1. February Finance Committee Meeting Minutes

Motion to approve February 2012 Meeting Minutes by Mark Blau; seconded by
Don Felix.  Motion Approved.

2. February 2012 Financial Statements Review

a. Reviewed P&L Statement

i. Weekly envelopes through 2/26/12: shortfall of <$32,982>
(Budget $752,595 vs. Actual $719,613)
ii. Salaries/FICA – ~$60,239 budget favorable.

b. No significant balance sheet items noted.

3. Property and Grounds

a. Accepted Bid for Convent Garage Roof @ $9,000
b. Bell Tower and Carport Entrance work being considered.

4. Audit Committee update – 2009 Audit

a. A meeting is being set to review submitted procedures on “handling cash”

5. 2011/12 Annual Archdiocese Audit

a. Need to send response to questions

6. Bank Comparison/Selection

Dave Beine asked for the bank fee comparison to be presented at the April meeting and to include Chase Bank.

7. Motion to Adjourn by Katherine Fisher-Davies; Seconded by Tom Weber, Motion Approved

Presentation of Budget (2012 – 2013) to Parish Council

Jack then presented to the Parish Council the Parish Budget. Finance Committee members were invited to stay for the presentation. The Budget was approved by the Parish
Council.
